Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
Our services include conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment; Phase II Environmental Site Assessments will be conducted if necessary, as determined by your Phase I assessment. If your Phase I environmental site assessment suggests there are or may be soil or groundwater contamination, or any presence of potential contaminants, a Phase II ESA will be performed.
Phase II Environmental Site Assessment involves more thorough testing and analysis of your property, including testing soil and groundwater. The specific nature and extent of any contamination will be determined.
